Waggs N Wet Noses

I was searching the internet looking at all the sad puppies at the rescues and animal shelters when I happened to run across the Kentucky dachshund rescue website. That is where I found Penny, they long haired dachshund that was a puppy mill dog then sent to a kill shelter when she stopped producing litters. I knew I had to get her out and give her a home so I drove down to Indianapolis where I met a transport to pick her up. Penny is just the sweetest little thing you can imagine. She loves everyone and just wants to sit on your lap and kiss you the entire time. It saddens me to hear people discredit rescue/shelter animals because I can tell you first hand that they make the most loving pets you can imagine!
