Milo

Milo is my first dog, he is a long haired dachshund and he is years 10 old. His name means Apple in Greek and since he is a red dachshund we thought it would be fitting. I bought him at a pet store before I knew that most of them support puppy mills and getting a dog from a rescue or shelter is a better option.

Milo is the sweetest dog and he just wants to be your friend (and eat of course) I have trained him to come, sit, roll over and a few other tricks although he always seems to know when you don’t have a treat to share. He is happy just to follow me around the house and never gets in trouble.

Milo is a very vocal dog and when you tell him “I love you” he responds with a sound that almost sounds the same.
